Social Media Content Creator

Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing and executing social media campaigns, engaging with audiences, and leveraging analytics to enhance brand visibility and engagement across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging, high-quality content tailored to each social media platform (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Create and manage content calendars to ensure consistent, timely, and relevant posting
• Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster relationships with online communities to increase brand loyalty.
• Manage online interactions in a way that supports brand voice and values.
• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, monitor performance, and optimize them for better ROI.
• Collaborate with teams to plan and execute photoshoots and video shoots for social media content.
• Track, measure, and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion rates, etc.).
• Provide insights and recommendations for improving strategies based on data analysis and trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven 2-5 years experience in social media marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and tools.
• Experience in photography and videography for social media content.
• Creative thinking with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
