Now, we're looking for a strategic and creative co-founder to lead our social media and content efforts — someone with the drive to build before the comfort. Co-Founder Opportunity at Exprowth Position: Social Media Content Creator (Co-Founder Level) Type: Full-Time | Equity-Based | Co-Founder Level Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh (On-site) As a founding team member, you’ll be responsible for building and leading our content presence across key platforms. You will shape our digital voice, drive brand engagement, and create storytelling experiences that convert attention into action. What You’ll Do: Develop and execute a content strategy for Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube Ideate and create reels, posts, carousels, and stories aligned with Exprowth’s brand and services Collaborate on campaign ideas, growth hacks, and visual storytelling Create content around marketing, tech, entrepreneurship, and growth Be a voice of the brand — creative, authentic, and engaging Help shape our brand identity and content calendar What We’re Looking For: Strong passion for social media, design, content, and branding Hands-on experience with Canva (or similar design tools) A strong visual sense and content storytelling ability Clear understanding of platform algorithms, trends, and audience psychology Self-starter mindset — someone who can build from the ground up Bonus: Willingness to invest time, skills, and optionally capital as a true co-founder What You’ll Get: Co-Founder Title + Equity Stake High ownership, flexibility, and creative freedom A chance to shape the brand and its voice from Day 1 Future revenue-sharing opportunities & performance-based rewards A collaborative and high-growth work culture in Indore Let’s build a brand worth remembering.
