Key Responsibilities:

• Influencer Marketing & Management

   
• Identify, onboard, & manage influencers across lifestyle, gardening, home décor, & sustainability spaces. 
• Build long-term influencer partnerships and execute campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement. 

• Social Media Management

   
• Drive end-to-end content creation (reels, posts, stories) for our brand handles. 
• Represent the brand in social media content when comfortable and relevant. 
• Drive engagement through regular posting, trend participation, and meaningful interactions. 
• Track social media analytics and optimize content based on insights. 

• Content Creation & Execution

   
• Generate fresh ideas, trending formats, and creative storytelling concepts. 
• Collaborate with designers, photographers, and agencies (when needed) to bring ideas to life. 
• Execute campaigns with precision, creativity, and accountability. 

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in

  social media, influencer marketing, or/and community management

  , ideally with a

  consumer brand

  . 
• A content creator at heart who understands Instagram, YouTube, and emerging digital platforms 
• Strong coordination, execution, and project-management skills. 
• Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a strong sense of ownership. 
• Comfortable with occasional travel for shoots or collaborations.
