Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a Social Media Brand Manager. The role involves developing and executing effective social media strategies, managing brand presence across platforms, engaging with audiences to build brand loyalty, and creating impactful content tailored to target customers. The Social Media Brand Manager will monitor analytics, identify trends, and collaborate with teams to enhance brand effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Social Media Management, including creating, scheduling, and optimizing posts on multiple platforms
• Strong Content Creation and Copywriting skills to deliver engaging and brand-relevant communication
• Analytics and Data Analysis skills to monitor performance metrics and implement data-driven adjustments
• Knowledge of Branding, Marketing Strategies, and Campaign Design for cohesive and impactful execution
• Creative problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for innovative trends
• Proficiency in Social Media Tools and platforms such as Hootsuite, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Previous experience within a marketing agency or similar field is an advantage
• Exp - 2+ years
