Social Media Brand Manager

As a Brand Manager at Sociapa Ventures Pvt. Ltd., your role will involve leading brand development and communication strategies for FMCG clients. You should have a strong background in packaging strategy, brand storytelling, and integrated marketing communications to drive the brand vision and ensure consistency across consumer touchpoints. Collaborating with design, strategy, and content teams, you will bring ideas to life and enhance brand performance and market presence through market research and consumer insights. Key Responsibilities: - Own and manage end-to-end brand development, including packaging, positioning, and communication strategy. - Work closely with design and packaging teams to conceptualize and review packaging designs for new and existing products. - Develop and implement 360 brand campaigns, including ATL, BTL, digital, and influencer-led initiatives. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency. - Lead market research and consumer insights efforts. - Manage relationships with vendors, printers, and external agencies for quality output. - Track campaign performance and report on KPIs for brand objectives alignment. - Stay updated on packaging innovation, consumer behavior, and competitive activities. Requirements: - 4-7 years of relevant experience in brand management, packaging, and communication. - Prior experience with FMCG brands preferred. - Strong understanding of packaging structure, materials, printing processes, and compliance. - Proficiency in developing creative briefs, campaign strategies, and brand content. - Excellent project management and interpersonal skills. - Strategic thinker with an eye for detail and design alignment. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Branding, Communication, or related field.
