Social Media Brand Manager

Job Summary:

CHAIDAYS is looking for a creative and hands-on Social Media Manager to manage and grow our Instagram and Facebook presence. The role requires strong creative skills, content planning, design capability, and on-ground execution including direct shoots at our café outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor Instagram & Facebook accounts on a daily basis
• Oversee comments, messages, and DM automation, ensuring timely and brand-aligned responses
• Create and maintain a monthly content calendar for static creatives and campaigns
• Design and edit creatives using Adobe Photoshop (mandatory)
• Generate high-quality visuals using AI image generation tools (Gemini proficiency required)
• Plan, schedule, and manage posting of feed posts and stories
• Conceptualize and execute reel ideation aligned with trends and brand tone
• Handle direct shoots at CHAIDAYS outlets (photos & videos), coordinating with outlet teams
• Ensure consistent brand identity, tone, and visual standards across all content
• Track performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly social media reports

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager / Content Creator
• Strong expertise in Instagram & Facebook management
• Hands-on experience with Photoshop for creative design
• Proficiency in AI image generation tools (Gemini)
• Knowledge of DM automation tools and community management
• Strong understanding of reels, trends, hashtags, and social algorithms
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple outlets
• Willingness to travel for on-location shoots

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
