Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Assistant. Located in Sion, the role allows some work-from-home flexibility. The Social Media Assistant will be responsible for planning, uploading and managing social media content, executing social media marketing strategies, writing post copy, and engaging with the community on various social media platforms. The role requires close collaboration with the marketing, design and content teams to ensure a cohesive and engaging social media presence.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills
• Proficiency in Social Media Content Creation, Social Media Marketing, and overall Social Media management
• Excellent Writing skills for creating compelling post copy and engaging content
• Familiarity with social media platforms and trends
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Expected Deliverables:

• Planning and creating Content Calendars
• Reviewing and modifying content copy
• Coordinating with the Project Manager and/or Designers
• Tracking posting & timelines
• Creating and sharing metrics/analytics deck
