Social Media and Marketing Manager

Job description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist who can generate high-quality leads through on-ground marketing activities and digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should be skilled in both field marketing and online platforms, capable of executing campaigns that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Market Activities:
• Conduct on-ground marketing activities such as events, BTL campaigns, promotions, and activations to generate leads.
• Identify and approach potential customers in targeted areas and markets.
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up.
• Digital Marketing:
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
• Manage and optimize campaigns for lead generation and ROI improvement.
• Handle SEO, social media marketing, and content marketing to enhance brand visibility.
• Data & Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of leads generated from both online and offline sources.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in marketing with a focus on lead generation (field + digital).
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools).
• Ability to plan and execute on-ground marketing activities.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is a plus.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Number of qualified leads generated per month.
• ROI on digital marketing campaigns.
• Engagement and conversion rate from field marketing activities.
