About the Role

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media & Content Marketing Lead to shape our brand's story and digital presence from end to end. You will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing campaigns that drive engagement, growth, and lasting brand affinity.

This role is not just about posting content. It is about strategic storytelling that creates genuine connections. You will be both a strategic thinker and a hands-on doer, someone who can balance creativity with measurable performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media and Content Execution: Own our presence across core platforms and identify new, relevant channels to connect with our audience. Develop monthly content calendars, publish content, track analytics, and optimize performance to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Video Content Creation: Create compelling short-form videos, such as Reels and Shorts, with strong hooks and a platform-native tone. Ensure every video delivers high production value and relevance to our audience.
  • Brand Messaging and Copywriting: Write clear and persuasive copy for various channels, including ads, emails, and social captions, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand voice.
  • Strategy and Optimization: Use data to inform content strategy, stay ahead of trends and algorithm changes, and run experiments to improve performance while maintaining brand integrity.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with performance marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure all content supports broader business goals and lead-generation efforts.
  • Efficiency: Leverage AI tools to enhance ideation, content creation, and workflow efficiency.


What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in social media, content, and brand marketing.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategies that increase engagement, grow a relevant audience, and contribute to business objectives.
  • Communication: Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft sharp, engaging, and on-brand messaging.
  • Technical Familiarity: Proficiency with content and analytics tools such as Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, and similar platforms.
  • Bonus: Experience using AI marketing tools to streamline and enhance creative workflows.
