Key Responsibilities: Monitor social media platforms for trends, conversations, and competitor activity. Analyze engagement metrics, audience behavior, and campaign performance using analytics tools. Provide regular reports and dashboards with actionable insights. Contribute to the refinement of social media strategies and content planning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with performance goals. Stay updated with evolving social media trends and platform updates. Qualifications: Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Science, or a related field. Proficient in social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics, Sprout Social).
