Role & Responsibilities

Monitor performance of social media content across platforms.
Collect, track, and interpret data on engagement, reach, impressions, and follower growth.
Provide insights on audience behavior and content effectiveness.
Research current social media trends and competitor activity.
Collaborate with the Social Media Team to suggest improvements based on analytics.
Prepare weekly performance reports to support strategy and planning.

Requirements

Strong interest in social media analytics and digital marketing.
Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.).
Ability to interpret data and present findings clearly.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Commitment to deadlines and consistent reporting.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to fast-changing trends.
