The reports person should be adept at working within a self-made process framework and possess the skill to meticulously document their actions for the purpose of upskilling current and future team members. Additionally, they should be open to experimenting with innovative methods of data interpretation and visualization, and be able to effectively communicate and implement their findings company-wide. In order to thrive in Germin8's startup environment, the reports person must be prepared to handle multiple assignments of varying natures and serve as a proactive advocate for the company across all departments. The reports generated by the candidate could encompass a wide range of topics including evaluating a company's online reputation, conducting brand analysis in comparison to competitors, analyzing campaigns or rebranding efforts, scrutinizing a specific service or product category, auditing a brand's social media presence, or creating highly customized reports tailored to specific client needs. To excel in this role at Germin8, you should demonstrate a keen interest in our industry, possess a comfort level with working with numerical data, actively engage on various social media platforms by creating original content, exhibit punctuality and a strong work ethic, possess effective communication skills, be proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite, and have experience in conducting social media research using enterprise social listening platforms. The ability to generate reports related to online reputation, competition analysis, and campaign evaluation using MS Office tools, and deliver high-quality reports within specified timelines is essential.
