Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Compliance Officer located in NOIDA, India. The Social Compliance Officer will ensure adherence to ethical sourcing practices and compliance with applicable labor laws, regulations, and standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include auditing suppliers, conducting compliance assessments, preparing reports, and providing guidelines to vendors for corrective actions. Additional tasks involve staying updated on industry trends related to compliance, coordinating with internal teams to maintain ethical sourcing protocols, and ensuring alignment with organizational values of sustainability and responsibility.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of social compliance standards, regulations, and labor laws
• Experience in conducting audits, preparing compliance reports, and recommending corrective actions
• Strong organizational and analytical skills for assessing supplier practices and monitoring compliance trends
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with vendors and cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in compliance management tools and familiarity with sustainability principles
• Ability to work on-site in Noida, India, with regular travel to supplier locations
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Social Sciences, or related field; certifications in compliance or sustainability are a plus.
• Min 3-5 years of experience in factory social compliance.
