This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Compliance Officer located in NOIDA, India. The Social Compliance Officer will ensure adherence to ethical sourcing practices and compliance with applicable labor laws, regulations, and standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include auditing suppliers, conducting compliance assessments, preparing reports, and providing guidelines to vendors for corrective actions. Additional tasks involve staying updated on industry trends related to compliance, coordinating with internal teams to maintain ethical sourcing protocols, and ensuring alignment with organizational values of sustainability and responsibility.
