Role & responsibilities

• Compliance Management:
• Develop and implement social compliance programs and policies in line with international standards (e.g., SA8000, BSCI, SMETA).• Monitor factory operations to ensure compliance with social, ethical, and environmental standards.• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.• Audits and Assessments:• Coordinate and conduct internal audits and assessments of factory operations.• Prepare for and manage external audits conducted by customers, certification bodies, or third-party auditors.• Address non-compliance issues identified during audits, develop corrective action plans, and ensure timely resolution.
