Role & responsibilities • Compliance Management: • Develop and implement social compliance programs and policies in line with international standards (e.g., SA8000, BSCI, SMETA). • Monitor factory operations to ensure compliance with social, ethical, and environmental standards. • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations. • Audits and Assessments: • Coordinate and conduct internal audits and assessments of factory operations. • Prepare for and manage external audits conducted by customers, certification bodies, or third-party auditors. • Address non-compliance issues identified during audits, develop corrective action plans, and ensure timely resolution.
