The Snr. Project Coordinator (Engineering) will perform a wide range of administrative support activities and provide assistance to the Engineering Executive Team to facilitate the efficient operation of Engineering and the organization. This individual will be responsible for calendar management, meeting logistics, travel coordination and a wide range of administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

Provide general administrative support to executives on the Engineering Team
Coordinate and oversee projects within the Engineering sector and with other departments
Manage Engineering executive s calendars and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones
Assist with calendar management and meeting coordination across multiple time zones for Engineering executives
Effectively manage time, prioritize work, anticipate needs, and multi-task across many assignments projects
Plan in-person and virtual team-building and other events
Assist with domestic and international travel coordination

Qualifications

Bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum 2 years of professional experience supporting executives
Experience with Google Suite
Experience with MS Office
Strong verbal and written communication
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent time management, multitasking, and organization skills
Good understanding of local business culture at Bangalore and Kochi to facilitate smooth engineering operations
