Role & responsibilities

As part of our aggressive expansion strategy, we are seeking a Senior Manager Real Estate (Highstreet) to lead site identification, acquisition, and development for Highstreet retail boutiques across key metros and premium retail destinations in India.

The ideal candidate will bring deep market intelligence, a strong developer network, and proven expertise in Highstreet retail real estate, particularly within luxury, lifestyle, or premium fashion sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Highstreet Expansion Strategy:
  Drive the rollout of retail outlets across prime Highstreet locations including luxury clusters, heritage zones, and high footfall retail corridors.
• Site Identification & Evaluation:
  Identify and evaluate new opportunities on key highstreets in cities such as Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Chennai, ensuring strategic brand alignment and ROI.
• Market & Feasibility Analysis:
  Conduct detailed location analysis, benchmarking, and competitive assessments to support investment decisions.
• Stakeholder Management:
  Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, brokers, and local authorities for space acquisition and compliance.
• Negotiation & Closure:
  Lead commercial negotiations and finalize lease/rent/fit-out agreements ensuring favourable and sustainable terms.
• Project Coordination:
  Liaise with design, projects, and merchandising teams to ensure timely delivery of new stores in line with brand standards.

• Performance Tracking:
  Maintain a comprehensive real estate pipeline, track progress against KPIs, and report updates to senior management.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in business or related fields.
  
• 5 8 years of experience in retail expansion and Highstreet real estate, preferably in
  lifestyle, luxury, or fashion brands.
• Strong network within premium retail highstreets across India.
  
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  
• Strategic mindset with a deep understanding of market dynamics and benchmarking practices.
  
• Strategic mindset with a keen understanding of urban retail dynamics and consumer behaviour.
