About Us

We are a fast-growing digital marketing and branding agency working with clients across industries like healthcare, education, lifestyle, and hospitality. We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to manage and grow social media presence for multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
Coordinate with designers and content writers to ensure timely and engaging content delivery
Optimize social media profiles and content for reach, engagement, and branding
Track performance metrics and prepare basic reports (reach, impressions, clicks, followers, etc.)
Monitor trends and suggest innovative content ideas and strategies
Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and community interactions
Ensure consistency in brand voice and visuals across platforms
Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and best practices

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in social media handling (preferably in a digital agency)
Strong understanding of major social media platforms and scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, Buffer, etc.)
Creative mindset with basic knowledge of design aesthetics
Ability to handle multiple client accounts and meet deadlines
Strong communication and organizational skills
Bonus: Basic knowledge of Canva or simple visual editing tools
