About the Role

Social Media Manager

Graphic Designer

If you’re someone who loves building brand presence, spotting trends early, and creating content that connects, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities


Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement monthly social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
  • Plan and maintain detailed monthly content calendars.
  • Create platform-specific content approaches (IG reels, YouTube shorts, LinkedIn posts, etc.).


Content Management:

  • Brief and coordinate with the graphic designer and video editor to produce high-quality content.
  • Ensure timely delivery and publishing across all channels.
  • Write engaging captions, hooks, and copy that resonate with diverse audiences.


Community Engagement:

  • Manage and grow online communities — respond to DMs, comments, and audience feedback.
  • Monitor and track engagement metrics, growth trends, and campaign performance.


Trend Tracking & Creativity:

  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, viral formats, and platform updates.
  • Experiment with new ideas, reels, and content formats to increase engagement.
  • Generate fresh campaign ideas for brands across different industries.


Performance & Reporting:

  • Analyze social media insights and provide monthly performance reports.
  • Suggest actionable strategies to improve engagement, reach, and conversions.



What We’re Looking For

  • 0-2 years of experience managing multiple brand accounts.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and content best practices.
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to adapt brand voices for different industries.
  • Leadership skills to manage a small creative team and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Proficiency with tools like Meta Business Suite, Later/Buffer, Canva, or similar.
  • A go-getter attitude — proactive, organized, and ready to experiment.


Additional Skills (Good to Have)

  • Experience in social media ads or paid campaign strategy.
  • Knowledge of SEO, influencer outreach, or content marketing.
  • Familiarity with basic video editing or creative direction.
