Job Description

SME / Team Lead / Tower Lead - Record to Report

Key Skills:

Minimum 5 years of experience in the RTR process delivering general accounting operations.
Experience in manage a team of minimum 15 associates.
Graduation in Accounting & Finance

Manage end-to-end delivery of general accounting and fixed assets process
Proficient in general accounting and fixed assets process
Understanding of various tools used in GA & FA processing
Excellent knowledge of SAP
Supervise all sub-processes such as period end close, book closure, financial analysis, fixed assets records updation, etc.
Identify day-to-day issues and resolve in consultation with the customer
SLA monitoring and improvements in processes
Experience in manage a team of 15-30 associates.
Ensure that books of accounts are updated on a regular basis
Arrange for periodic training to the staff to be aware of the changes in the accounting policies and procedures as well as customer specific changes
Periodic calls and meetings with customers to discuss SLA compliance
Co-ordinate with various other functions such as technology, Quality etc.
Support in month end close activities and reporting
