Job Description

The core objective of this role is to support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination, to fulfill the organizations talent acquisition requirements. The role is responsible for delivering smooth and professional experience for both candidates and hiring managers, while ensuring adherence to established recruitment policies and procedures.

Accountabilities:-
Understanding of end-to-end recruitment process
Review and manage internal and external sourcing sites and job posts
Sourcing profiles from various job sites, social media, and referrals
Screening and scheduling interviews
Handling complex tasks and activities
Co-ordination between teams and management
Ensure compliance with policies and client guidelines
Candidate document management
Perform background check and reference checks
Ensure candidate communication and provide timely updates
Handling all requests for data management
Managing work queues & daily transactional volumes
Daily Reporting on volumes and SLA s
Create and send job offers as part of offer management
Monitoring, tracking and reporting of hiring progress
Communicate regularly with key stakeholders to assess candidate pipeline
Help oversee the daily operations of the recruitment team
Identify skill gaps and provide training opportunities for team members
Maintain the required SLAs with respect to TAT and Accuracy.
Experience of handing emails queries and problem resolution.
Collaborate with team members to enhance overall performance and ensure adherence to quality standards
Provides support identifying and eliminating errors, fostering zero-defect culture
Engages in continuous professional development to stay updated on best practices, industry standards, and quality methodologies
Skills & Knowledge: -
Strong Knowledge of ATS/ HRIS tool (e.g., SAP-Success Factor)
Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Good written and verbal communication skills
Proficient expertise in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), MS Teams Adobe
Working Knowledge of Talent Acquisition and/or HR Services processes
Skills in building rapport and managing client expectations
Deep understanding of HR processes, channels, or vertical markets relevant to the role
Ensures 100% adherence to deadlines for reports, audits, and process evaluations, maintaining compliance with SLAs and organizational standards
