Job Title: SME- Talent Acquisition Associate

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the

    end-to-end recruitment process

    , ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  • Post job openings

    across multiple platforms and internal systems.
  • Source candidates

    using job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes

    , assess candidate fitment, and

    schedule interviews

    .
  • Handle

    candidate documentation

    and maintain accurate records in HR systems.
  • Conduct

    background and reference checks

    as part of the hiring process.
  • Provide

    timely updates and communication

    to candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
  • Manage

    daily transactional volumes

    , work queues, and ensure SLAs are met.
  • Prepare and share

    daily and weekly reports

    on recruitment status and metrics.
  • Support

    offer management

    , including creating and issuing job offers.
  • Track, monitor, and

    report hiring progress

    to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to

    ensure quality standards and process efficiency

    .
  • Identify process gaps, drive

    error reduction

    , and promote a zero-defect culture.
  • Ensure

    100% adherence

    to compliance, audit, and reporting timelines.

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline or equivalent degree.
  • Experience with

    recruitment databases, HRIS, ATS, candidate sourcing tools, and job sites

    .
  • Basic understanding of

    customer service principles and practices

    .
  • Good

    written and verbal communication skills

    .

Key Skills

  • Proficient in

    MS Office tools

    (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and

    MS Teams

  • Hands-on experience in

    HRIS/ATS tools

    (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors).
  • Strong

    data management and reporting

    capability.
  • Excellent

    stakeholder communication

    and coordination skills.
  • Ability to

    analyze recruitment metrics

    and generate insights.

    interpersonal skills

    and the ability to build lasting relationships.
