SMB Success Account Manager

As an SMB Success Account Manager, your main role will be to build and maintain strong relationships with US small business clients. This will involve consistent and meaningful engagement with clients, focusing on account growth, client retention, and identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain regular engagement with US SMB clients and business owners - Drive successful product implementation and adoption - Provide proactive account support and address client concerns - Monitor account health and take necessary actions - Facilitate client training sessions and document feedback - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations - Analyze churn, retention, and revenue opportunities for upsell/cross-sell In order to succeed in this role, you will need: - 13 years of experience in customer-facing roles - Understanding of churn, retention, cross-sell, and upsell strategies - Strong multitasking abilities - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Basic understanding of SMB operations - Proficiency with CRM systems - Problem-solving and analytical skills The ideal candidate for this position would have experience working with US clients, possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills, have a proactive communication style, and be detail-oriented in managing multiple accounts effectively.
