Job Description

Account Manager / SMB Success Account Manager

Location: Bangalore | US Time Zone Coverage (EST/PST)
Experience: 1–3 years
Work Timings: 6 PM – 4 AM or 9 PM – 7 AM (cab drop facility provided)
Working Days: Monday to Friday with two Saturdays working
Salary: ₹8–12 LPA fixed + 1–2 variable components

Job Overview:

Join our dynamic team as an SMB Success Account Manager, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with US small business clients through consistent, meaningful engagement. The role focuses on account growth, client retention, and driving cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain regular engagement with US SMB clients and business owners
  • Drive successful product implementation and adoption
  • Provide proactive account support and address client concerns
  • Monitor account health and take necessary actions
  • Facilitate client training sessions and document feedback
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Analyze churn, retention, and revenue opportunities for upsell/cross-sell

  • Client engagement levels
  • Account health metrics
  • Product adoption and success
  • Response quality and client satisfaction
  • Onboarding effectiveness
  • Revenue growth via upsell/cross-sell

Required Skills:

  • 1–3 years in customer-facing roles
  • Understanding of churn, retention, cross-sell, and upsell strategies
  • Strong multitasking abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic understanding of SMB operations
  • Proficiency with CRM systems
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills

Work Schedule:

  • US business hours (evening IST)
  • Flexible morning hours

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
