Hi, Please find the below job description for Sales Specialist Role- Denave Client:- Commvault (11 months contractual Period, It can be extended as per performance) Location:- Bangalore Role & responsibilities Customer Engagement: Actively engage with SMB prospects to understand their business needs and challenges. Present and demonstrate Commvault SaaS solutions, highlighting strategic and financial value. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention. Sales Execution: Qualify leads and convert them into opportunities through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach. Collaborate with field sellers and pre-sales engineers to drive deals to closure. Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations tailored to SMB clients. Market Development: Identify new business opportunities within the SMB segment. Maintain a high level of activity through virtual and face-to-face meetings. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge. Performance & Reporting: Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas. Accurately forecast sales pipeline and report progress to sales leadership. Use CRM tools to manage customer interactions and sales activities. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). 2+ years of experience in SaaS or IT sales, preferably in the SMB segment. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Familiarity with data protection, cloud services, or cybersecurity solutions. Experience working with channel partners and within a partner ecosystem.
