Business Development Manager(BDM)
Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation and Business Development: Identify and engage decision-makers within GCCs to generate new business opportunities. Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective clients through networking, referrals, and market research. Consultative Selling and Pitching: Understand the unique needs of GCCs and present customized staffing and project solutions. Deliver impactful sales pitches to senior leadership and decision-makers. Proposal Development and Negotiations: Create detailed, client-focused proposals tailored to meet GCC requirements. Negotiate terms and agreements to secure favorable contracts for both parties. Account Management and Growth: Build long-term relationships with GCC clients to foster trust and loyalty. Proactively identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts. Closing Deals and Client Success: Drive deals to successful closure, ensuring a seamless transition to delivery teams. Collaborate with operations to guarantee client satisfaction and service excellence. Market Insights and Reporting: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and GCC-specific challenges. Provide actionable insights and regular sales reports to management. Requirements: Minimum 4+ years of core B2B sales experience, with a focus on staffing services and projects. Demonstrated success in selling to GCCs or similar enterprise clients. Exper a growthtise in lead generation, consultative selling, proposals, negotiations, and closing deals. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders. Ambitious, self-motivated, and results-driven with mindset.
