Job Description

As a Sky Service Cards Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in our Cards department. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound calls from customers, providing them with accurate and timely information about our credit card offerings. You will also be expected to upsell and cross-sell our products and services, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • A bachelors degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Strong product knowledge and the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software tools for customer relationship management.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of calls and customer interactions.
  • A customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new products, services, and industry developments.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, and proficiency in other regional languages is an added advantage.
  • Answer inbound calls from customers, addressing their queries and concerns related to credit cards.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on card features, benefits, and terms and conditions.
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional card products and services to existing customers, identifying opportunities to enhance their financial journey.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to offer tailored recommendations to customers.
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as sales and marketing, to align with the banks strategic goals and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies, maintaining the banks reputation and integrity.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for reporting and analysis purposes.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
