Skin Therapist

We are seeking a skilled, customer-focused Skin Therapist to join our dynamic skin clinic team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in professional skin treatments, excellent client communication skills, and a passion for skincare and aesthetics. You will be responsible for performing advanced skin therapies, consulting clients on personalised treatment plans, maintaining high hygiene standards, and ensuring an exceptional client experience. Key Responsibilities Client Consultation & Assessment Conduct detailed skin analysis and consultations to understand client concerns and recommend suitable treatments. Create customised treatment plans based on skin type, condition, and desired outcomes. Educate clients on pre-care, post-care, and homecare routines. Professional Skin Treatments Perform a range of skin and aesthetic procedures such as: Facials (basic & advanced) Chemical peels HydraFacial / oxy facials Microdermabrasion Laser hair removal (if certified) Acne treatments Anti-ageing treatments Body polishing / light dermal therapies Ensure safe, hygienic, and compliant execution of all procedures. Client Experience & Relationship Management Build a strong rapport with clients, ensuring comfort and trust during sessions. Track client progress and follow up for treatment continuity. Promote packages, memberships, and clinic services in a consultative, ethical manner. Operational & Administrative Duties Maintain proper treatment records and client files. Ensure cleanliness and sterilisation of equipment and therapy rooms. Manage inventory of skincare products and consumables. Follow all clinic protocols, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures. Required Skills & Qualifications Diploma/Certification in Cosmetology, Skin Therapy, Aesthetics, or related field. Hands-on experience in professional skin treatments (0–3+ years). Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, cosmetic ingredients, and treatment protocols. Excellent communication and client-handling skills. High standards of hygiene, discipline, and professionalism. Ability to upsell services confidently while maintaining client trust. Certification in laser treatments (preferred but not mandatory).
