The Telecaller at the Skin Clinic will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to promote clinic services, schedule patient appointments, follow up on inquiries, and maintain excellent patient relationships. The role requires strong communication, persuasion, and customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for every client contacting the clinic. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to inform them about clinic services, offers, and treatments. Handle inbound calls from patients, providing accurate information about skin treatments, procedures, prices, and available slots. Schedule and confirm appointments, coordinating with dermatologists and front desk staff. Handle patient inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring prompt resolution. Assist in reactivation of old or inactive patients through follow-up calls. Maintain a professional tone and ensure patient confidentiality at all times. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum qualification: 12th / Graduate. Good understanding of skincare services, dermatology treatments, and aesthetic procedures (training will be provided if needed). Ability to handle multiple calls and maintain composure under pressure. Strong interpersonal skills with a pleasant and confident telephone manner.
