Role Overview

The Skill Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-impact onsite workshops, school orientations, and demo sessions for Skillizee programs. This role ensures that students, parents, and educators understand the value of Skillizee's skill-development approach and have a remarkable experience that drives conversions and brand adoption.

Workshop Delivery

Conduct experiential skill-development workshops in schools aligned with Skillizee modules. Ensure student engagement through gamified activities and case-based learning.

School Orientation Sessions

Deliver impactful parent/student orientation programs that clearly communicate program value and outcomes.

Stakeholder Engagement

Build positive rapport with school coordinators, principals & parents to create trust and demand.

Program Evangelism

Act as brand spokesperson showcasing Real Skills for Real World, Harvard case study integration, and student career-readiness outcomes.

Demo Sessions

Support the sales team in B2C/B2B demos, highlighting product benefits and differentiation.

Feedback Collection

Gather audience feedback to continuously improve workshop content & delivery.

Reporting

Submit session reports, attendance, engagement feedback, and conversion data after every event.

Training & Certification

Undergo Skillizee's trainer competency certification and maintain high delivery standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree Any field (Education, Psychology, Theatre/Drama, Business preferred)
• Experience: 14 years as facilitator, trainer, workshop instructor, counselor, or edu-coach
• Public speaking/event management experience is a plus
