Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Skills Trainer based in Mumbai. The Skills Trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging training programs, facilitating workshops, and developing training materials for life skills and soft skills. The role includes assessing training needs, conducting training sessions, and equipping employees with the tools and techniques for professional and personal development. Collaboration with various departments to ensure the successful implementation of training programs will also be a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Training & Development and delivering Life Skills training
• Demonstrated proficiency in Soft Skills and Communication training
• Effective Presentation Skills, including the ability to create and conduct impactful workshops
• Ability to assess training needs, monitor progress, and design tailored programs
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a training or facilitation role is an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage diverse learners
