Job - Responsibilities ● In-depth understanding of WeXL’s Key offerings & integrated solution and its impact on Institution’s Success. ● Creation of Sales pipeline & lead generation. ● Understanding the Prospect’s persona and requirement to pitch the appropriate solution matching their need. ● To conduct Product demo with Universities. ● Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise win-win for successful partnerships to WeXL’s mission and handover to Operations Team. ● Maintain the CRM with timely and accurate information. ● Maintain strong industry knowledge which includes but not limited to competitive offerings & customer aspirations (University Management, Faculty, Students). ● Adherence to the sales process. ● Willing to travel extensively across the Assigned Market/Region. Must ● Freshers with a knack of Sales & can-do attitude can apply. ● Experience or understanding of Sales (Solution Sales) B2B, Institutional & Corporate is a Plus. ● Excellent Communication & Presentations, account risk analysis, negotiation and collaboration skills. Should ● Possesses honesty, integrity, strong work ethic, and team skills. ● Strong problem solving & communication abilities; is organised and efficient. ● Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team. ● Persuasive and goal-oriented. ● Entrepreneurial Mindset, Risk Taker, Proactive, Innovative.
