As an IT Trainer at our organization, you will be responsible for conducting IT classes following the prescribed curriculum. The ability to commute or relocate to Samalkha, Haryana is preferred for this role. A diploma in a relevant field is preferred for education requirements, along with at least 1 year of teaching experience and 1 year of overall work experience. Proficiency in English is preferred, and the work location is in person at Samalkha, Haryana. You will drive industry innovation by delivering SAP ECC/HANA solutions. By unlocking your potential, you will be playing an active role in building new and innovative applications and industry solutions. Your responsibilities will include business process and data analysis, testing the system and its extensions or modifications, development of project documentation, preparing and conducting training for system users, and directly working with clients on a daily basis to achieve the defined goals within a project team. To excel in this role, you should have 8-14 years of experience in SAP EWM implementation & support, with at least 2-4 full life cycle EWM projects under your belt. Superior communication skills are essential, as you will need to present and persuade different audiences, from operators to management. A strong knowledge of end-to-end Warehousing Processes is a key requirement. You should also have the ability, experience, and willingness to perform hands-on configuration, as well as guide and direct teams based on project requirements/situation. Additionally, you should be capable of preparing and delivering demos and workshops of specific functionality. Ideally, you should have expertise in inbound, internal & outbound processes, put-away and picking strategies (including waves), integration with Transportation Management and Production Planning, handling unit & storage unit management, cycle count/physical inventory, barcode and labeling design and processing, integration with Radio Frequency devices, MM hands-on experience in Purchasing and Inventory management, value-added services (Kit-to-stock, Kit-to-Order, Reverse Kitting), interleaving, door and yard management, and slotting rearrangement.
