Experience with support and issue tracking is preferred, along with the ability to create basic documentation, workflows, and training guides. As an Odoo Functional Consultant, you should excel at coordinating between clients and the development team. Conducting demo sessions, providing user training, and offering post-implementation support are also crucial aspects of this role. Nice to have skills include familiarity with tools like Odoo Studio, knowledge of the software development cycle or experience working with agile teams, and a basic understanding of databases and functional testing. The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Odoo functional consulting. Freshers with ERP knowledge are also encouraged to apply. A Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or any relevant field is required. The work mode for this position is onsite in Surat, Gujarat. The ideal candidate should possess a client-first approach, be a team player, and have a solution-oriented mindset. Proficiency in English communication is essential, while knowledge of Hindi/Gujarati is considered a plus.
