Job Summary:

Seven Solar Energy is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Site Survey & Supervision Executive to oversee on-site technical assessments, accurate measurement collection, and ensure smooth execution and supervision of solar installation work. The role is crucial for the successful planning and implementation of residential and commercial solar projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site visits to gather technical information (roof type, shade analysis, load capacity, measurements).
• Take accurate measurements of installation areas (rooftop, ground-mount, etc.).
• Perform shadow analysis and orientation checks using tools (Solar Compass, Solmetric, etc.).
• Create basic site layout sketches and forward data to the design and engineering teams.
• Coordinate with clients during site visits and explain the technical feasibility of installations.
• Supervise ongoing installations to ensure adherence to design and safety standards.
• Assist project engineers in scheduling and managing on-site work.
• Document site conditions with photographs and reports.
• Ensure all safety measures and company protocols are followed on-site.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma / ITI / B.E. in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in solar EPC projects preferred (freshers with technical knowledge may apply).
• Familiar with solar system components (panels, inverters, structures, etc.).
• Proficient in using measurement tools and basic software (MS Excel, AutoCAD is a plus).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Must be willing to travel frequently to various sites within Surat and nearby regions.
• Two-wheeler with valid license preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
