Job Description

Supervise and execute field construction activities related to linear infrastructure projects such as railways, metro rail, LRT, monorail, highways, and expressways
Ensure construction works are carried out in accordance with drawings, technical specifications, and approved safety and quality standards
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to ensure timely project progress
Monitor daily site operations, maintain construction logs, and report progress and issues to senior engineers or project managers
Conduct quality checks and assist in resolving technical issues on-site
Interpret civil engineering drawings and assist in layout marking and construction supervision
Ensure compliance with project timelines, safety regulations, and material usage standards
Assist in site measurements, quantity estimation, and reporting
Support survey activities as needed; knowledge of survey engineering will be an added advantage
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams for effective execution and site coordination
