Site Supervisor

Job Title: Site Supervisor / Fire Expert

Department: Projects / Execution

Location: Ahmedabad Gujrat

Qualification:

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum Experience:
• B.E / B.Tech: 3+ years in Fire Fighting / Fire Protection Projects
• Diploma: 5+ years in Fire Fighting / Fire Protection Projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage fire fighting system installation activities at project sites (Sprinkler, Hydrant, Hose Reel, Pump Room, Fire Suppression, etc.).
• Ensure execution as per drawings, specifications, NFPA / NBC standards, and project requirements.
• Monitor subcontractors and manpower for daily site progress, productivity, and quality.
• Verify material delivery, storage, and usage as per BOQ and approved makes.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, Client, Consultants, and Main Contractor for smooth execution.
• Maintain site safety standards and ensure compliance with company HSE policies.
• Conduct daily site inspections, prepare progress reports, and highlight issues or risks.
• Assist in testing, commissioning, and handover of fire fighting systems.
• Ensure proper documentation of work completion, inspection checklists, and QA/QC records.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of Fire Fighting Systems (Hydrant, Sprinkler, Pump Room, Gas Suppression, Fire Alarm Integration).
• Understanding of IS/NBC/NFPA standards.
• Good leadership and team-handling skills.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Site coordination and client handling skills.
• Knowledge of safety practices and quality standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic project documentation.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be willing to travel and stay at project sites as required.
• Should have good communication and reporting skills.
• Preference to candidates with prior experience in Data Centers, Industrial, Commercial, Hospitals, and High-rise Building Projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
