Site Supervisor

You are a proactive Site Supervisor at Talknlock, responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring quality execution, and maintaining accurate measurements. Your role involves coordinating teams, communicating with clients, and documenting inspections. You must manage work schedules, supervise artisans, and ensure that project timelines, safety standards, and workmanship quality are consistently met across various home improvement sites. Your responsibilities include supervising daily site operations for painting and home improvement projects, managing a team of painters and artisans, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards and safety protocols, documenting work progress accurately, communicating with clients for updates and approvals, maintaining project timelines for timely completion, conducting site inspections throughout the project phases, reporting daily progress to the project manager, ensuring availability and proper utilization of materials and tools, training new artisans on work methods and safety practices. To excel in this role, you need a minimum of 12 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in home improvement or painting, although freshers with relevant skills are welcome to apply. You should have a basic understanding of painting processes, materials, and tools, the ability to read site plans and take accurate measurements, strong leadership and team coordination skills, good communication skills in Hindi (basic English is preferred), familiarity with safety protocols and quality standards, physical fitness for on-site work and travel to multiple locations, ability to work under pressure and manage timelines effectively, basic smartphone usage for reporting and photo documentation. A 10th/12th pass or ITI/Diploma in civil or related field is preferred.
