Profile:- Piping Supervisor

Location:- Baruni, Bihar

Note:-We need a Supervisor who have Team Of Fitter, Welder, Grinder, Rigger, Khalasi, Helper

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising and Coordinating: Overseeing the work of piping teams, including welders, fitters, and other trades, ensuring efficient and safe execution of tasks.
• Safety Compliance: Implementing and enforcing safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment on the construction site.
• Project Planning and Execution: Planning and scheduling piping projects, allocating resources, and ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.
• Quality Control: Conducting regular inspections of piping systems, verifying compliance with design specifications, codes, and standards.
• Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving technical issues and challenges related to piping systems.
• Material Management:Ensuring proper handling, storage, and use of piping materials and equipment.
• Documentation and Reporting:Preparing progress reports, updating as-built drawings, and maintaining relevant documentation.
• Communication and Coordination:Liaising with contractors, subcontractors, and other teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Training and Mentorship:Providing guidance and training to subordinates, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Adhering to Codes and Standards:Ensuring all work is performed in accordance with relevant piping codes, standards, and project specifications.
• Pre-commissioning Activities:Supporting activities like hydrostatic testing, flushing, and other pre-commissioning tasks.
• Change Management: Managing and implementing changes to piping systems, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
• Resource Management: Managing human and technical resources, identifying needs and surpluses in a timely manner.
• Handover and Demobilization: Assisting with the handover of completed works and the demobilization of the site.

Required Skills

• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of piping systems, materials, fabrication, and installation techniques.
• Safety Awareness: Commitment to safety and adherence to safety regulations.
• Quality Orientation: Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Experience: Relevant experience in piping construction, maintenance, or related fields.
