Site Supervisor

As a male candidate, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing interior and maintenance projects from initiation to completion. Your duties will include ensuring that all work is executed according to design plans and quality standards, enforcing safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment, conducting regular inspections to uphold high standards of workmanship, leading and motivating on-site teams to achieve project goals, collaborating with clients and stakeholders for their satisfaction and timely project updates, as well as addressing and resolving any issues that may arise during project execution. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in supervising interior fit-out and maintenance projects, a strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations, leadership abilities to inspire and lead a team effectively, excellent communication and organizational skills, a keen eye for detail and a dedication to quality, a proactive approach to identifying and solving on-site issues, as well as the flexibility to work on multiple projects and adapt to changing project demands.
