Role Description

- Communication with sub-contractors

- Responsible for execution of all works including knowledge of materials and their quality

parameters

- Able to understand architectural drawings, structure drawings, services drawings, item

specifications & methodology of all activities.

- Coordination with sub-contractors for all activities to carry out supervision of ongoing activities at

all stages.

- Prepare daily progress report & site material stock list.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, excel, power point & word

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Qualifications

• Project oversight, site management, and task coordination skills
• Experience in safety management and quality control
• Strong documentation and reporting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure
• Experience in the technology or construction industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
