Role Description - Communication with sub-contractors - Responsible for execution of all works including knowledge of materials and their quality parameters - Able to understand architectural drawings, structure drawings, services drawings, item specifications & methodology of all activities. - Coordination with sub-contractors for all activities to carry out supervision of ongoing activities at all stages. - Prepare daily progress report & site material stock list. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, excel, power point & word - Strong problem-solving and communication skills Qualifications Project oversight, site management, and task coordination skills Experience in safety management and quality control Strong documentation and reporting skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure Experience in the technology or construction industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
