Supervise day-to-day construction activities and site planning.
Ensure smooth execution of interiors, electrical, mechanical, and coordinated services.
Prepare and review quantity estimations and interpret working drawings.
Conduct site measurements and verify subcontractor bills.
Manage and monitor labour workforce effectively.
Track site productivity, efficiency, and maintain overall housekeeping standards.
Take ownership of on-site decision-making and ensure timely project delivery.
5+ years of relevant site supervision experience (preferably in interior fit-out/construction projects).
Willingness to travel across India as per project requirements.
Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
