Site Supervisor

We are seeking a proactive and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate elevator installation projects across multiple sites. The candidate will be responsible for daily site visits, monitoring installation progress, ensuring compliance with technical standards and safety regulations, and maintaining effective communication between clients, contractors, and the office team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Supervision & Coordination
• Visit multiple project sites daily to monitor elevator installation and commissioning work.
• Ensure that work is carried out as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and safety guidelines.
• Coordinate with installation teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Supervise site workers and ensure adherence to work schedules and quality standards.
• Client Interaction
• Act as the on-site point of contact for clients and consultants.
• Coordinate with clients for site readiness, material delivery, and installation schedules.
• Address client queries or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Site Inspection & Reporting
• Conduct site inspections and prepare daily / weekly progress reports.
• Identify and report site issues, delays, or material shortages to the office team.
• Document site measurements, safety checks, and testing progress.
• Coordination with Office Team
• Update the project and office teams on daily site progress and upcoming requirements.
• Communicate site feedback, material needs, and manpower updates regularly.
• Assist in planning and scheduling project timelines based on actual site conditions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil Engineering or related field.
• Good knowledge of elevator components, site procedures, and safety practices.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Willingness to travel frequently for site visits.
• Valid driving license (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
