Job Title: Site Supervisor – Construction

Reports To: Project Manager

Job Summary:

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations on construction sites, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. They coordinate with contractors, labour, and engineers to maintain quality and compliance with project specifications and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all on-site activities including manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, construction plans, and quality standards.
• Monitor daily progress and report updates to project managers.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
• Maintain site documentation including attendance, daily progress reports, and material records.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly and escalate as necessary.
• Inspect work to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Assist in managing site logistics and material delivery schedules.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate
• Experience: 2–5 years of site supervision experience in residential/commercial/industrial projects.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
• Leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and reporting abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
