We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor Intern to assist with on-site supervision and coordination. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in construction and site management. The ideal candidate will support our site supervisors in overseeing project activities, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining quality standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist the Site Supervisor with daily monitoring of site activities and workflows. 2. Support site inspections, ensuring tasks are completed according to project specifications and quality standards. 3. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and team members to facilitate smooth on-site operations. 4. Track and report on inventory and material usage, ensuring availability for ongoing tasks. 5. Observe safety protocols and assist in conducting safety briefings for on-site workers. 6. Document site progress and challenges, providing updates to the Site Supervisor and project management team. 7. Contribute to problem-solving discussions and implement solutions as directed. Required Skills: 1) Excellent organizational and communication skills for effective on-site coordination. 2) Basic knowledge of construction practices and site safety procedures. 3) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions accurately. 4) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) for reporting. Preferred Skills: 1. Familiarity with project management tools or software. 2. Basic understanding of construction processes through coursework or prior experience. 3. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
