Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:1. Site Execution & Monitoring

• Supervise and manage daily site activities for wastewater treatment plants, ETP/STP installations, pipelines, and related civil/mechanical/electrical works.
• Ensure work progress aligns with project timelines, drawings, and quality specifications.
• Monitor material usage, manpower deployment, and equipment availability.
• Conduct daily site inspections and resolve technical or operational issues promptly.

2. Safety & Quality Compliance

• Enforce strict adherence to Greenleaf’s Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) policies.
• Conduct toolbox talks and ensure PPE compliance by all site staff.
• Inspect workmanship quality and ensure all work meets technical standards.
• Report any accidents, near-misses, or quality deviations immediately to the Project Manager.

3. Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and vendors for smooth workflow and material delivery.
• Communicate project requirements, challenges, and progress to management regularly.
• Liaise with clients and consultants during inspections and work verification.

4. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain daily progress reports, attendance sheets, and material consumption logs.
• Assist in preparing RA bills, site measurements, and work completion reports.
• Ensure proper documentation of drawings, revisions, and handover records.

5. Team Leadership

• Supervise skilled and unskilled workforce on-site; ensure discipline and performance.
• Provide basic technical guidance and motivate workers to achieve targets.
• Promote teamwork and adherence to Greenleaf’s values and ethical standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: 3-4 years in site supervision, preferably in wastewater treatment, ETP/STP, or industrial water management projects.
• Good knowledge of construction, piping, and commissioning processes.

Skills Required:

• Strong leadership and site management skills.
• Good understanding of environmental & safety standards.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and BOQs.
• Effective communication and reporting ability.
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
