Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

About The Opportunity

A fast-growing organization in the Enterprise Cloud Infrastructure & SaaS sector delivering highly available, mission-critical services to enterprise customers. We are hiring an on-site Site Reliability Engineer in India to own reliability, automation, and operational excellence across cloud-native production systems.Role & Responsibilities

Define and operate SLOs/SLIs and error budgets; drive reliability improvements to meet business SLAs.
Design, build and maintain infrastructure-as-code and automated pipelines for provisioning, deployment, and scaling.
Operate, harden, and optimize Kubernetes clusters, container runtimes and associated platform services for production traffic.
Implement comprehensive observability: metrics, tracing, logging and alerting to reduce MTTD and MTTR.
Lead incident response, runbook creation, postmortems and RCA to drive permanent fixes and preventive measures.
Collaborate with development teams to embed reliability best practices, capacity planning and cost optimization into the SDLC.
