Site Manager

The Site Officer will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, overseeing project progress, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and assisting clients during site visits. The role also involves handling on-site customer inquiries, supporting sales conversions, and ensuring proper documentation and reporting for all site activities. Key Responsibilities:Supervise daily construction activities and ensure project work is executed as per plan and quality standards. Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and vendors for timely completion of tasks. Maintain daily progress reports and communicate updates to management. Manage on-site customer visits and address their queries related to property, layout, and amenities. Support the sales team by facilitating client walkthroughs and explaining project features. Ensure site cleanliness, safety compliance, and adherence to company policies. Monitor material usage and coordinate requisitions with the purchase team. Liaise with internal departments for approvals, payments, and documentation. Report any site-related issues promptly to management. Candidate Requirements: Education: Graduate (preferably in Civil / Construction / Real Estate Management) Experience: Minimum 5 years in site supervision / site management / real estate sales coordination Languages: Gujarati, Hindi (Basic English preferred) Other: Candidate must own a two-wheeler for site travel Skills Required:Site supervision and execution Construction planning and coordination Client handling and communication Sales support and customer relationship Reporting and documentation Problem-solving and team coordination Preferred Candidate Profile:Male candidates aged 25 – 50 years Residing within 10 km of Sarkhej-Okaf Experience in Real Estate / Facility Management / Construction Projects
