Key Responsibilities:Supervise daily construction activities and ensure project work is executed as per plan and quality standards. Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and vendors for timely completion of tasks. Maintain daily progress reports and communicate updates to management. Manage on-site customer visits and address their queries related to property, layout, and amenities. Support the sales team by facilitating client walkthroughs and explaining project features. Ensure site cleanliness, safety compliance, and adherence to company policies. Monitor material usage and coordinate requisitions with the purchase team. Liaise with internal departments for approvals, payments, and documentation. Report any site-related issues promptly to management.
